• Core Dynamics™ is an intensive created by The Natural Sage™ as a one-day class that takes the learner through the mechanics of learning the Medical Intuitive Process. Every person is gifted with the resources to be intuitive. And this class expedites learning toward the more natural intuitive process that can be automatic for the individual. This class is instrumental for Body Workers, enabling a greater awareness for the client's well-being.



• The Natural Sage™ currently is offering the Core Remedial Process™ (CRP) in client appointments. In the future, this process will be offered in class format to Life Coaches, Spiritual Mentors, independent Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and licensed Hypnotherapists. The Core Remedial Process™ uniquely created By The Natural Sage™ is a developmental process that in session can effect change mentally, emotionally and physically to the cellular level, expediting long-locked issues deeply embedded in the psyche and emotions while also affecting the physiology. A CRP "session" is typically two appointments offering the client change from issues imbedded in negative life patterns from past life regressions, regression therapy, and repetitive negatives with no solutions in sight.



• We have Dream Analysis as a transforming tool to develop life by design to your personalized reality. Life can dramatically change by adding the perspective of Dream Analysis to your everyday process. Great Bridges™, a unique concept developed by The Natural Sage™ in 1996 is a one-day class that enables the learner to grow themselves at their own rate, and develop consciously. Great Bridges™ is about how we relate to the world around us, and effective tools for communicating within our world and relationships.



• Guided Group Meditations are offered by request with groups no larger than 22 people. Bring your mat, blankets, and water, and be prepared to rest quietly for 50 minutes. Time allotted from arrival till end is 90 minutes. The process is quiet and comforting.



• The Natural Sage™ offers an original format in Karma, Your Life & Spirituality™ for enlightening individuals well on their path. Catherine creates an atmosphere of learning that resonates with the class and instills a deeper sense of knowing and instinctive resolution that crosses all barriers in time. The student will learn the effects of Karma, how to work with Karma in everyday living, and the Spiritual aspects that will have a significantly unique effect on each individual. This class is traditionally a one day class.
